Beware and avoid if possible: The worst service I have experienced in San Francisco, period. Was promised a quote in 4 days. 2 1/2 weeks later, after multiple calls and emails, it took going into the store to find out the sales person had gone on vacation for 3 weeks without ever getting back to me. When the pricing finally did arrive it was 2x what had been indicated originally. I would be very careful if you choose to do business with this company and make sure you have a backup plan. If you have another option then save yourself the headache and go with that.

I’m writing on behalf of Quality Kitchen Cabinets of San Francisco and have knowledge of the situation written about in the review by Josh B. I am not the salesperson who is being described however, so I am not protecting myself personally, but our company as a whole. Our company originally designed the kitchen, in painted white, 7 years ago for the previous owner of the residence. This customer (“Josh B.”), who recently purchased the residence, wanted to replace the doors of all the cabinets with cherry instead. We told him this is a service we generally do not provide. Our company will replace doors on occasion, but not an entire kitchen, meant as re-facing project. There are many variables involved in such a task, often resulting in a project that is impossible to perfect. A verbal estimate cannot be taken as the final cost until we have an opportunity to write up a formal quote. After referring the customer elsewhere he continued to pursue our assistance. We take great pride in our quality of work, attention to detail, and efficiency, and we did our best to assist and take care of this customer.
