    Good service: This bank was the saviour for me when I was desperately looking for some bank to get my $500 worth Travelers Cheques encashed (as none of the shops/restaurants accepted to take them), and criteria being that I dont hold any account with them. They easily accepted 2 of my $500 TCs and gave me the cash (that too, in the denominations that I preferred :) ) in just 10 minutes without any big procedure.
