   Mike is mean to dogs!!! I can't stop thinking the poor doggie that he sprayed Bitter Apple on... she was CRYING!
   This dog was boarding with Mike and he took her to Bow Meow Wow for socialization. Because she couldn't stop whining he locked her up in the gate during training session (I was his client with other 8 people). Mike was SO MEAN to her! He hit the gate over and over again to demand her to stop crying, and sprayed Bitter Apple directly on her NOSE when she refused to stop. HOW MEAN WAS THAT?! How could a dog trainer ever do that to a dog! I was so sad when I see that and refused to go to any more of his training afterwards. Very mean and ineffective. BAD TRAINER!

   I can't stop recommending this service to new puppy owners. We took our Yorkie puppy there for training two years ago and have had great results. Mike and Rose, the owners are extremely insightful, friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to ensure their pooches get the best training available. Remember a well trained dog is a happy dog!
