   OK, I'll admit it - I'm a coupon shopper. When I got a coupon from firestone that was even cheaper than Precision Auto I thought, what the heck, it's only an oil change, who cares who does it? Big mistake! firestone left me with an oil leak and an oil filter that didn't quite fit. I could have blown my engine out! Thank goodness Precision Auto figured out where the leak was coming from (oil all OVER the bottom of my car) and fixed it by putting on a new filter. Easy as pie, why couldn't firestone get it right? Three cheers for Precision!!

   My brakes were squealing and pulsating. I spent $600 at Midas - nothing changed. I came here, took advantage of the free brake inspection. They pointed out a couple of things Midas did wrong (including using CHEAP CHEAP parts). Precision replaced the junk parts, adjusted my rear brakes, and took me on a test drive - no squeal! If I'd come here first I would have saved about $400. Oh well, lesson learned.

   Ended up here because I found a Valpak coupon (BIG MISTAKE) my Toyota into this shop. It hadn't any problems, I bought ut in for an oil change and regular maintenance check, first the car kept dying, they told me the battery needed replacing - it wasnt the battery, so they replaced the alternator. IT WASNT THE ALTERNATOR! It was a loose wire. The replaced the A/C and it NEVER worked right. They slammed the door so many times that the window came off track and they couldnt fix it, nor had it repaired. They destroyed the tire well liner and it ended up getting melted to my tire on the way to work. I dont recommend this shop to anyone! BE AWARE OF THEIR BAIT AND SWITCH TRICKS !!!
