Of course Craig would give 5 stars because he owns the place. BEWARE! He overcharges on delivery fees and doesn't compensate his employees fairly at all. He's increased the fuel surcharge to $3 per order but it does not go to the drivers that use their own fuel. He does not care about his employees. If you have any morals at all, you will not order from this place. He sits in his office doing stupid stuff like posting 5 stars for himself when he could be making much needed changes to the company. BEWARE! A much better choice would be using www.rotr.com (Restaurants on the run) They give the 15% driver support fee COMPLETELY to the drivers.
This 'disgusted' person above has personal grievances against the company...that were self inflicted... That's why she's attacking the company and it's employees. If you need a valid reason as to why to use Waiter.com just try it out yourself...call the customer service department and put them to the test with your ordering needs. ((If you need more reviews to validate your reason to use them look them up on Yelp.com search Waiter.com Mountain View. You can't even find any reviews for Restaurants on the Run! And Waiters on Wheels...well, there service is just pathetic.)) Craig(who I believe is not the same Craig mentioned above) is the president and CEO of a small business, and he is running it as well as a small business owner can. He also has to work with 3 silent partners and a questionable economy. He fully invests as much time and effort as possible to meeting and exceeding customer standards and expectations throughout the whole ordering and delivery process. The person above has no grounds or proof to make the claims that she is making... The quality of service provided by Waiter.com speaks for itself. The proof is in the amount of growth the company has made just in the past few years. Waiter.com can out perform any other delivery company hands down. Thanks, Yours Truly!
