I went to Sunnyvale Chevrolet to make a service appoinment and ask about accessories, such as floor mats, roof rails, and a dash cover, for my 2007 HHR. The advisor was unable to make an appointment that I wanted late in the day(5:30PM), but he did set an appoinment for me on a Saturday, which is really convenient since I work Monday through Friday during the daytime and absolutely need my car, as many of you know a vehicle is vital, and thus, can relate.
Servicing my vehicle the following Saturday was a gratifying experience. My engine oil was changed and my tires rotated, all which is part of the Minor Service they offer. While there a shuttle driver asked me if I needed a shuttle ride home, which I thought was an absolutely wonderful proposal, but since my vehicle was about to be finished I decided to turn it down. During the wait I visited the parts department and ordered a dash cover from the helpful parts clerk, can't wait till it comes in! All this service I had only kept me there till mid-morning, the rest of my day and weekend was completly mine.
Overall i give Sunnyvale Chevrolet ten stars but only five show, all their employees were extremly helpful and my vehicle was even washed, for free!
