User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTHAT PLACE IS SUCK. THE PLACE IS ALMOST EMPTY WHERE OTHER CLUBS WERE SOLD OUT. MUSIC SELECTIONS ARE VERY BAD AND SERVICES ARE VERY RUDE BY MANAGEMENT.
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsGreat hamburger, kind of a scene: I will go out of my way to go to a restaurant that is not too crowded or "scene-y" because those kinds of places make me crazy and usually have bad service.
We went to Jillian's because it is adjacent to the Metreon, where we were seeing a movie. It was packed, and on top of that they were hosting a private party in the billiard room.
We ended up sitting at the bar, which was fine but not terribly relaxing. The service was okay, though we had to keep waving down our bartender whenever we needed anything. I hate having to beg someone to take my money!
However, the burgers we ate almost made up for all that. Charbroiled and done to perfection, served with salad greens and fries.
There are many large screen TVs in here, and the people scene is pretty happenin', so if you wanted a place to just hang out this would probably be fine. But a nice relaxing meal out? Forget it!
Pros: GREAT burgers
Cons: Indifferent service, crowded-
