I called looking for help on finding out more about foreclosures, loan modifications, short sales, and setting up an LLC. While the receptionist answered and seem willing to connect me with lawyers, I received a call back saying that they don't do with loan modifications. I responded, to further clarify that I was not just interested in a loan mod, by saying that I also wanted to find out more about setting up an LLC as well as more information on a shortsale. When I asked if they do any of those things, I was responded to with "I don't think so". Moreover, the tone of the conversation implied that they didn't want our business.
While I can respect a company deciding what services they will or will not provide, I didn't appreciate that it seemed like there was a sudden discouragement and a concerted effort to distance themselves from potential clients such as myself. I have called other real estate lawyers and agents, and while they had the honesty to tell us that they do not provide the services I sought, they still were very polite in doing so and some were even willing to provide some advice, and/or some other companies to call. I don't think this was the receptionist fault, rather, as this person seemed very cooperative when I first called, then rather cold and dismissive when I was called back. I imagine that the receptionist received an order fro higher up to get rid of us.
The first time I met Mr. Bradshaw I knew I found an attorney that is knowledgeable, intelligent, honest, reliable, Kind and that I would be in good hands if he represents me. Mr. Bradshaw took care of all the mess that my previous attorney had done in my divorce case. He did not charge me interest on any balance due to help me out through my difficult times and continue to represent me which was so kind of him. It was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Bradshaw & his associates, I highly recommend them.
The year was 2006 and I was having a hell of a time with my landlord/boss at 1215 Laguna Street apt 501 SF CA 94115. David was a difficult person to deal with he didn't want to pay me and when I complained he wanted to evict me from my home, and of course you know this meant war. I enlisted the help of Drexel Bradshaw and Associates and when Drexel told me not to worry he meant it. You see I was on dialysis at the time, and boy that was no fun and dealing with legal matters when I should be focusing on my health.I needed help. They took really good care of me and deMinx my canine companion. I won all my cases with Drexal and Miriam's help. The most important thing that was said to me was "keep your eye on the big picture " and I did .I moved into a great new place on April 27, 2007, from a studio to a one bedroom a place bigger than before and I can have my deMinx who is on my lease live with me ...no deposit required for her. On March 23rd 2009, I got a new job which I love. On November 15th 2009 I received my kidney transplant, and I am happy. I have a new life. If not for the wonderful job of Bradshaw and Associates who are aggressive in their pursuit to win I feel I made the right choice. I would not go to any other firm. The bottom line is if you want a good team that communicates as well as listens to you and is determined to win, then this team is for you.
