A friend recommended this place to me. I wasn't disappointed. The sushi was very fresh and the short ribs were amazing. Also, not being a dessert person, I enjoyed their molten lava cake. Yes, I know lots of restaurants serve this dish, but they do a superb job on it.
The drinks here were great. You must sit on the non bar side of the restaurant in front of the window to really get the value since it is not cheap. The sushi was great but extremely overpriced. Not an issue if you are on expense account but I would be cautious if you are spending directly out of your pocket as it will add up quickly. Other food was all good even though I can't remember what I ate due to the high number of cocktails.
I came here with a large group of co-workers when we were interviewing candidates. I was pretty impressed with how well they were able to keep up the service dealing with almost 30 people (spread across 3 tables). The food was also very good, considering the difficulties in serving a large group at the same time. My chicken dish was a little on the dry side but well flavored. The restaurant atmosphere and decor was nice and modern, while still providing a comfortable setting.
