The food & the service was excellent: Vietnam II is not only my friend's restaurant, but it has the best Catfish Clay Pot, Tom Canh Chua and also the Chicken Salad which I loved the most there. Not to mention that the service was great, but also the people there are extremely friendly. Love the atmosphere too....

Best Vietnamese: Look if you are willing brave the 6th st. crowd (lovely folks) to eat a Tu Lan then this gem, tucked into the heart of Little Saigon (I guess that's what they call that part of the TL now), is for you. Great food. Best Cha Gio I have found hands down, the wrappers are incredible. Pho and Bun are great. Salt and pepper sauté crab...very nice. I'm going to have to give the crab the nod over Thanh Long any day (and the price pleads no contest). Atmosphere is great as long as the coy pond filter engine doesn't burn out and smoke the joint up while you are eating.
