Very good food but the prices are a little high. Family of 5 and the bill was a little heavy. The streaks are excellent.
We just celebrated my uncle's 90th birthday here. Best steak in the West!! Appetizers were to die for and filet mignon cooked to buttery perfection. A wonderful place to have a group party. The service was impeccable.
My guest and I found Harris' to be a nice mix of people and a nice atmosphere. We entered to find people taking jackets. Personally, I prefer to have my clothing near me. So, I figured, "that type of restaurant", but soon found there were guests in pull-overs, suits and everything in between. I am new to the steakhouse scene and this is my 3rd steakhouse I have eaten at. By far, Harris' has the best filet mignon (Steak Diane). The only unfortunate part of the experience was, we had reservations and people buzzed about us as we just stood there and didn't acknowledge we were there for over 3 minutes. I am not a king or the mayor, but....Maybe because I wasn't wearing a suit, don't know? Overall, we enjoyed the waiter and the food.
