Limon

Great ambiance: seems like there are too few places around in the mission that are comfortable, small (ish) and where you can still get a great meal. Limon is one of those places. Great ambiance, good wine and food makes the night memorable.

Addictive Peruvian Food: Featuring much better ambiance and capacity than its former location down the street, Limon's food is still the primary draw here. The ceviches are good, the hongos (sauteed mushrooms) are even better, while the crown jewel of Limon's Peruvian delights is the Picante de Mariscos (mixed seafood and potatoes in a spicy adresso sauce, eaten with rice). The sangria doesn't disappoint either. Delicioso en total!

Just hype!: This place is over-rated and over-priced (for the Mission area). If you are a vegetarian, stay away from Limon, because their menu is mainly meat-based dishes. It's also a crowded, noisey place with aweful service.
