| About: | Delfina is tiny but very popular as well, which generally means it is packed and quite loud inside. Luckily, you will not need to say much except, "This is really good!" and "I would like another order of this," both of which can be conveyed with hand gestures and facial expressions. Seafood dishes are the highlights of the menu. So are the pastas, risottos and vegetarian specialties. Save room for dessert, which features the awe-inspiring Panna Cotta that is home made and is an almost religious experience. The service is terrific. |

By far one of my favorite places. All of the entrees are amazing, you really can not go wrong. It gets pretty crowded on the weekends, so good to go a little earlier to beat the rush.
delfina never disappoints! the pork belly was deliciously crispy on the outside, savory on the inside, and served in a sauce that we hungrily sopped up with the bread. the roast chicken was also flavored very well such that it was very juicy inside. if you're a gnocchi fan (i don't eat much in general, i find it too heavy), then you will like their gnocchi also. my only complaint would be that my mashed potatoes were sitting in a puddle of oil, so i didn't touch those. definitely save room for sf's most perfect buterrmilk panna cotta!
Go elsewhere: The food is good but not enough for the price we paid. We were not full so after dinner, we ordered a party tray of sushi. I would not go back.
