Belgian beer and fantastic service: This is an amazing corner shop, that really transcends the genre. Ramy, the proprietor, is a friendly and knowledgeable guide through the worlds of Belgian beers, Middle Eastern cuisine, and English and Irish foods. They're also building up an impressive array of organic and specialty foods.
The rest of the staff is also phenomenal. Highly recommended! Make this your Belgian beer source, and you won't be disappointed.

Mediterranean food, Irish goods, Belgian beer..: Healthy Spirits is, at the end of the day, a weird little shop. Part sandwich bar, part liquor store, part "foreign goods" extravaganza.

I go here to stock up on PG Tips, Colman's Mustard, Marmite, Baked Beans and other English/Irish necessities. The freezer in the back far-right corner has proper "Irish" bacon too.

Their beer selection is formidable, and the fresh behind-the-counter sandwiches are delicious.

The owner/staff are also super-friendly, and make a real effort to get to know each customer personally.

The only downside to the store is the prices - it's definitely a place to go for the "something special" that you can't get elsewhere. But ultimately, the service and selection make the little extra cost well worth it.
