User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIt's a real bar!: The bartenders can blend drinks, the jukebox is has a varied selection. It is filled with good decor - its local crowds don't hate outsiders too passioantely. What more do you want.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsgreat, casual outer mission/bernal hill bar: Basically, the Argus is a Bernal Hill/Outer Mission neighborhood bar with plenty of friendly regulars and a knowledgeable bartending staff. The jukebox is fully stocked, there is a pool table, and there are skulls! Order the Jon Benet Ramsey cocktail -- it's obscenely delicious... I think the Argus is my favorite bar.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsa chill neighborhood hang: the argus is a chill bar in the bernal heights neighborhood with good local folks who tend to know each other. pool, great jukebox and a good cocktail.
