About:	Asquew Grill is a popular Upper Haight eatery that serves all of its food on sticks, well, most of it. Choose from salmon teriyaki, chicken, beef, scallops or other meats and veggies. Whatever your choice, it is served grilled on a stick with a rice or a potato side dish. It is a quick, cheap and healthy meal. The other great attraction here is the interesting mix of locals, from gracefully aging hippies, to goths, to students from the nearby universities. It is a splendid place for people watching.

Great place to have BBQ Ribs and beer. I tried the chicken once and it was ok. Too dry for my taste.

The most memorable aspect of Asqew Grill is its unique menu which allows you to put together your meal piece by piece. That makes for a very fun dining experience. My skewered meal was very good and left me wanting more. Though small, when the restaurant is crowded it can be very energetic.

Loved it!: This place was great. It was fast casual style (they gave you a number and then brought the food to your table). The meat was served on a skewer, and then you could pick what you wanted underneath the meat (a salad, cous cous, etc). It was definitely reasonably priced for lunch, and would be a great place to hang out with friends.
