About:Florio offers a variety of bistro classics; a "greatest hits" of rustic cafe food- from Steak Frites and pan-roasted all-natural Chicken to Pappardelle Bolognese. Simple dishes such as pan roasted Halibut and house ground chuck Hamburger round out the comforting menu. Veal & Ricotta meatballs are a Sunday and Monday favorite with our regulars! Florio even makes its own gelato and sorbetto en casa! The menu changes to make the most of local, seasonal, organic meat, fish, and produce. A small but savvy wine list of exceptional Napa producers, Italian specialties, and French vintners competes at the amiable bar with an admirable selection of pastis, select eau de vie and traditional spirits from around the world.

Florio is one of those restaurants that consistently serves great food but for some reason it always slips my mind when thinking of somewhere to eat out. Their food is blend of bistro and casual tratoria, which are two of my favorite styles of dinning. They also try to incorporate seasonal items on the menu.I think I need to remember this place more often. I usually get the hangar steak and have not been dissappointed. We have also ordered the "Chicken for two" and really enjoyed it.

Bread is amazing: We were here on Valentine's day. The menu was pre-fix. Probably not a best day to judge any restaurant. The food is above average. I didn't like the cocktail we ordered. But the bread and desserts are amazing. The ambinace was romantic and the service is not bad considering it's a very busy night.

I will try again one of those regular nights.

A Night To Remember: When having dinner at Florio's, I choose the baked Halibut. The food was terrific along with the wine. A quaint resturant that sits on the corner where you may also sit outside. I loved it!!
