We also have terrific prices on Pinot Noirs with names like Flowers, Merry Edwards, and Walter Hansel without the markup of many good wine lists. Our cab list includes trophies including several wines of the year. Onto the food, Chef Robert Lam was named as a previous "Top 6 Rising Star Chef" by The Chronicle, Lam continues to impress by bringing his innovative California-Asian cuisine to the waterfront location on the Embarcadero. A few suggestions Clams and Mussels, Salmon and Strawberry Rolls, Kalua Pig in A Butter Lettuce Coup, Crispy Whole Fish, and Banana Bread Pudding for desert. |

If I can give this place ZERO stars, i would. 1st, the DJ did not know the hits to play and when he had a good song on, he quickly changed it to an awful one. The 2nd dj, I think he was DJ Rigo, was even more dense. he would play not 1 , not 2, but several songs already played earlier. He was standing by the dj booth all night so idk why he replayed so many songs. Hint to lame djs: if the crowd stops dancing, change the song. Secondly, the place is on the small side. And, lastly, your sure bet to get ting any alcohol is ordering beer - their cocktails and shots suck!
Do not consider this place if you are planning to get bottle service for the night club experience. For an automatic 20% gratuity, we only saw our hostess/waitress once the entire night at the time she seated us to our table and got our grey goose. When asked about additional juice or other items for our table, Jodine, our hostess/waitress replied, "I am very busy seating customers right now, maybe I will have time to get additional items for your table later." That was the last we saw of her besides bringing the check to us with the automatic gratuity. An amount that she obvious did not deserve. Considering the price of each bottle is $245 and up, you would at least expect better service.
We decided on this place for a celebration lunch for my team of ten. We order appetizers and lunch. I can say the calamari was quite good, although the potions for the price were very disappointing. The trio salad (fish) was fair, but the sauce over powered the fish and there was no mention of wasabi in the menu description. Mainly, the service was terrible. The wait staff was lazy, rude, and mostly ignored us. If the tip wasnât included in the bill â we would not have tipped at all. As it was, we did not leave over the included amount. It is because of the staff and the two hour long wait for our entrees that we will NEVER eat here again. We order mostly burgers and the fish salad, and the place was empty by the time we received our food. For a four hundred dollar meal, we could of eaten somewhere better. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
