It's been a while since I have been there. But I have been a fan of them since it's first shop opened in West Portal well over 15 years ago. I was at the fillmore location about 2-3 years ago and was still impressed with the pizza. Certainly in the top 5 of my favorite pizzas in the Bay Area.
If you haven't tried their corneal pizza crust pizza then you need to visit this place. Similar thickness to a Chicago style deep dish pie, their cornmeal crust is fabulous. We usually get the El Greco or the Mushroom Pepperoni cornmeal pizza and have never been disappointed. Apparently they also have a wide selection of Brazilian dishes, but we have never tried them. Great service and fast delivery.
Big selection and great ingredients: Excellent selection of crusts (thick, think, cornbread), lots of different
house combinations, and many custom toppings to choose from.
We eat there 1 or 2 times per month and haven't found anything to
compare to it in quality and taste.
