WW has a beautiful setting, rooms, etc...unfortunately the people at the front desk are in need of people/customer service skills...very cool and aloof. Should you venture to WW for a massage, steer clear of therapist Nadine. Truly an awful practitioner...I had a massage with her yesterday and my neck is a wreck today. She entered the room\smacking on gum! Very unprofessional overall.

Well for all its efforts on advertising online and the looks of the place I have to give some credit...But there is really no wow factors to it for the price that they charge ..seriously common....i have had better facial service where they dont convince you to do something you don't believe in and then you agree to do it with additional cost and guess what you walk out with a nice big scar on your face ...so my suggestion is unless you really know what you want and know what you are getting yourself into..mmm..i should not have taken the jump and now i have ot live with this nice black round scar on my face for i dont know until when...and no comments on the manager of that place ..i think they can get someone more polite and more considerate....BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE Please !!!!

wouldn't recommend this for the health concious. The excess clorine used hurt my health more than the session helped. Small enclosed room with steaming heavily chlorinated water = water eyes and a solid headache for another 24 hours (not to mention skin that smelled like chlorine). Skin absorbs chlorine, so this is not a good spa to go to if you value your health. I was dissapointed as their website seemed to indicate they don't use chlorine. Most health spas of course use non-chlorinated methods of dissenfecting the water. I brought it to their attention that the water and towels were overly chlorinated. The woman at the front desk, said "we just use a little chlorine". Odd response as that is essentially negating what i said, as if to say my point of view was not valid. Doesn't matter, as any upscale spa uses non-chemical methods to filter and kill bacteria. There shouldnt be ANY chlorine in a steamy enclosed room or on your skin so it can dry it out and enter your body - its a known carcinogen.

Just FYI... when water is properly chlorinated, it doesn't smell like chlorine. Water high in free chlorine has almost no odor at all. Free chlorine in water bonds to organic matter and "burns" it up, turning it into "soot" that can be filtered out. In the process, waste chemicals called chloramines are formed. These chloramines are what smell like "chlorine" in pools, spas, etc. Chloramines cause the burning eyes and headaches, not the free chlorine. If you smell chloramines, it usually means the water is too dirty for the amount of chlorine used. It's goes against common sense, but if you smell "chlorine" in a spa, the water likely needs MORE chlorine (as in free chlorine) to get it safe for swimming again.
