I am most concerned with treating causes rather than symptoms and therefore focus on rehabilitative exercise, postural education, and ergonomic consultation in addition to utilizing standard chiropractic procedures such as spinal and soft tissue manipulation. My techniques include craniosacral therapy, the McKenzie protocols, and deep tissue mobilization. I have recently introduced "Integral Bodywork," hour long sessions that integrate massage therapy, chiropractic adjustments as well as many of the bodywork techniques I have studied throughout my career. I treat back, arm, and leg pain, headaches, and any other musculoskeletal conditions. Although people generally come to my office in pain, I am also a strong believer in wellness care and recommend Chiropractic care to prevent the onset of symptoms. I do not routinely x-ray patients unless it is clinically indicated such as in cases of accidents or injuries where a fracture or underlying pathology is suspected.
