POOR customer service and BAD products! There is just no nicer way to put it. I bought a wok that was plainly advertised as "NON STICK wok". The sign should have read "non-stick DISPOSABLE ONE TIME USE wok". The wok started sticking on the second time I used it. I took the wok back and the lady at the return desk in her rudest tone told me that she won't take it back because it's been used. How else was I supposed to know that it was FALSE advertisement without trying it out? I wasn't expecting the wok to last a life time but I certainly wasn't expecting it be good on the first use only!!! I asked to speak with the manager and he accused me of not knowing how to cook and that I can't just throw food on it without oil. I will never set foot in this store again. If you are attracted by their low prices, you'd better study their return policies before paying any money because there is a whole lot of fine print there. No one in the store will help you because they are just a bunch of unmotivated employees with bad attitudes waiting to get off their shifts. Other people have had similiar experience at this store so my experience was not a stand alone incident. I would give it a zero star if I could. BEWARE.

do not buy anything without a scan tag attached to it, because they will not let you return it even if you have a receipt. Where does it say that in their return policy? Poor customer service.

PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK. CAN'T BELIEVE THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS WITH THEIR BAD PRODUCTS AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVEN THE PEOPLE WORK AT THE STORES DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. WHAT A JOKE!
