About:On your way from Fisherman's Wharf to North Beach, stop here for a break. It is a tiny Irish pub that has a tendancy to get packed inside. Several Irish natives are found partaking of lager and engaged in spirited debates. If the weather is nice, you can escape the crowd at an outdoor picnic table. You will need to duck and cover your pint when you see seagulls overhead.

    They actually brought in 60 that is SIXTY kegs of Guiness for St. Paddys day this year and had only two kegs to spare before the next delivery.
    Its a fine place to sit and hoist a few. great price's and the food is great too. Barmaids are sweet and perhaps a bit saucy however I don't personally know that for sure. But they do seem sweet for sure.
    And.... its an older crowd. yup you damn kids stay out of my favorite bar ok... I'm fifty and totally ok with it.
    loved this place.

    Fiddler's Green Best Guinness in the Bay Area: Best Guines in the Bay Area by far...

    I have had them everywhere from Santa Cruz to Petaluma. There is no match.

    Food is great too!
