User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI had been taking my car there for 2 years for basic stuff, oil changes, brakes, etc. But when I had a major problem, it took them 4 visits, and over $1000.00 to tell me they could not find the problem. I took my car somewhere else and that place found the problem on the first try, a broken U-Joint. So I took my car back to Good since I already spent over $1000.00 to get them to fix it. They told me it would cost another $1000.00 to fix. I complained and they said they would fix it for $600.00 but they would not guarantee it. I was desperate and said OK.
That was a year ago.
Now my car is doing the same thing again. I took it back to the place that found the problem the first time. They told me someone had replaced my drive-shaft with the wrong one for my car. That would be Good Chevrolet. So now I am spending more money to fix the same problem they said they fixed with the wrong parts.
I will never go back to Good Chevrolet.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsTHEY MADE THE PURCHASE EASY AND FUN.: WE HAD SHOPPED BEFORE GOING TO THE GOOD CHEVY DEALERSHIP BUT HAD A LOT OF UNPLEASANT EXPERIANCES . GOOD CHEVROLET HAD A LOT OF REALLY NICE CARS AND THE PRICES WERE THE LOWEST OF ALL THE OTHER PLACES THAT WE WENT TOO. THEY MADE IT EASY TO BUY WITH NO PRESSURE. WE WOULD GO AGAIN

New Truck Purchased in Aug. 2005: We had a great new truck purchase experience with this dealership. Anyone wishing to purchase a new cheverolet should contact Kurt Daubeneck (Sales Mgr) or Vince Vega (Sales Rep) right away at (510) 522-9221. Although it was our intent to purchase used vs. new, Kurt and Vince took the time to walk us through the pro's and con's of each scenario. They are very "down to earth" and we will surely purchase another vehicle from them in the future.
