User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAlamo bike has very helpful and knowledgeable staff. It is the only shop I am willing to let work on my families bicycles. It is a further drive than many other shops in the area but definitely worth it.

Alamo Bicycles is by far the best place when it comes to customer service, knowledgeable and friendly staff and quality products. I live in Fremont and do not hesitate to make the drive ro alamo (even with gas prices) because I know Mike and Scott will take care of me. We are definitely life-long customers!

My wife went to look for a bike in Danville and Alamo. No one offered to help or basically would speak to her in the Danville bike shops. She went to the one in Alamo and the people there were very friendly and helpful. I will be buying a bike for her there (even if it were to cost more money) because of the excellent customer service that they provide.
