the breakfast there is good, its cheap and u can eat really fall,I like it :)
I had the pleasure of dining here last friday evening. I found this restaurant on the internet while looking for a good, convenient and affordable place to eat with my family who were attending a convention at the Cow Palace and staying in the area. After reading the reviews and description, I called the Peninisula Grill and asked if they could accommodate a group of 25 on a friday night. They said it would not be a problem and when we arrived there was a whole section reserved for us.
We found that the menu was huge with Italian, Mexican, and Stake &seafood items. We ordered from all sections of the menu and found them all to be fresh and tasty.
All 25 of us would highly recommend this to anyone looking for good food at resonable prices in a family friendly atmosphere.
I've been going to Peninsula Grill since they were called "Boiler Express" and few things have changed in that time. The prices are still about the same, the food is still outstanding, and the services is still excellent.
Peninsula Grill is a very warm and welcoming place. It makes no pretense at being a fancy restaurant. Mostly, it's comfort food, like the corned beef hash which clearly comes from a can and the hash browns cooked fresh from the freezer. The origins of the food don't matter, because I order the corned beef hash with hashbrowns and eggs over easy every other visit, and each time it's the best in the Bay Area.
