User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI was excited yesterday when I was going to get my hair cut there. I Brought a picture of exactly what i wanted, and walked out mortified, but was to nice and payed anyway. I cried all last night because of how bad it looks, and my friends and family agree. The worst part is I have a special event to attend in about a week and there is no way to fix it, thats how messed up it is.

Spank is a hip salon in Alameda. Robert has done my cut and color and has done a wonderful job but for the price, the service leaves much to be desired. You are asked to allow 3 hours (and they mean it) for a cut and color of SHORT hair and then while you're waiting, another client is seen and you need to wait for them to be finished, hence the 3 hour commitment. At the price Spank charges, it's poor customer service.

I've never heard of this salon but they continuely keep calling me. I've spoken with them numerous times letting them know they are misdialing, which they proceed to hang up on me.
