I took my 2010 toyota Prius for the 30,000 mile service and was braced to receive the normal rude attidite of the service managers. Normally I take my car in for service and oil changes during Saturdays. This time it so happened that I took my car in on a Tuesday. My lucky Tuesday!!

This is the guy you want to work with when you take your car in for any type of service. He listens to you, is in fact polite and goes above and beyond to help you and keep you as a happy customer. Alex, noticed how dirty my car was and threw in a complimentary car wash and also fixed a hole in my tire at no cost to me. Alex is the person I will always go to when I take my car to Toyota Palo Alto, I trust that he will listen to me and do what is necessary to fix my car.
