I found these people to be extremely helpful. My laptop was seriously infected with what they called malware. I took it in there and explained I needed it done asap as I was leaving for a trip. They removed all the infections, installed a free viral program as well as two other programs that I could use in the future and to my surprise, the woman there took the time to show me how to use them, this was all done the same day. This was beyond my expectations and I recommend ABM to everyone.
Finally a computer shop that doesn't treat me like an idiot for getting a medical degree instead of a computer science one. They were fast they were actually friendly and they were even able to explain my problem in a way that even i could understand.
After going to geeksquad usatech & pls computers I had given up on computers as a repairable commodity. After my co worker Kristy plagued me to try Alameda business machines i finally gave in just so she would stop. They fixed it were before i had heard anything from a bad motherboard at one place to a bad cpu at another it was some bios whatever setting that one of my kids must have changed and wasn't willing to face up about. I got in back two days after i brought it in and it only cost me $95. the other places took longer to get back to me and didn't even diagnose the right problem. thank you guys so much and i will be back
