    Used East County brokers on a home I owned in Antioch since I moved about three hours away. Richard rented to his friend daugther. First month rent was late then they moved after 6 months leaving trash and a empty keg that I had to get rid of. The house set vacate for 6 months then he rented to a young couple that signed a agreement that Richard had developed stating that if they backed out of the rental that the deposit would not be returned. Well thay backed out after I had already recieved the deposit. He then told me that he didn't have the agreement he had developed review by a attorney. I almost had to go to small claims court over this so i justed retuned there deposit. I decided to sell my property and them he wanted to sell it for me. I told him no thanks. The sell of my property was the best move that I could have made. Do yourself a favor do use these folks.

    The worst property management you can go through to find a apartment or home. They rent to people that do not have the best credit in the world, and then charge them a VERY HIGH deposit. If you need something fixed, they will NOT come an fix it. Don't waste you time or money.
