User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsOne thing will keep me from coming to the the Palo Alto location: POOR SERVICE. I've been to the Palo Alto location several times and the service is consistently poor. I like the tasty food, but am completely turned off by the service. On several occasions, we waited for over 20 min for someone to take our order and/or the waiter never checked up on us. Most recenlty,the waiters ignored our table completely and even served two other tables with drinks who arrived after us. Finally got fed up and had to flag down a manager who took our order and apologized.
This will be the last time I will come to this location.I much prefer the ambiance and service of the Walnut Creek location.-

Always good! Everyti...: Always good! Everytime ive gone the food has been perfect and the waiters are always sweet. The orange chicken is good, and the pot stickers are amazing! The only thing i did notice that i didnt like was every time ive gone there are only male waiters and the females were working behind the scene. I see some sexism which bothers me. Let the girls wait on people too.

i've seen over 8 different female servers, so maybe you just went at a bad time :) i wouldn't worry too much about the sexism there i think it looks like a good mix of people
