    The worst service dept. ever. They hit something with my car!!! My Jeep was there for 2 weeks for them to try trial & error to figure out why it wouldn't start. It took them 2 weeks and $2300.00 to "fix" it. When I went to pick up the car, they pulled it around and my front license plate is hanging from 1 screw with grass stuck in it & the license plate is bent. They said it never left the shop except for the test drive. The thing is the whole front end is brand new from the body shop less than 2 months old. There was no scrapes or scuffs on the bumper cover before. Now there is a scrape where the license plate holder was from impact. I haven't looked further than that yet.

    NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE!!They do not accept appts which is very inconvienant when your vehical is in need of a major service!From now on I will have to travel to Concord Lithia dealer..I live in antioch ...

    BAD SALES DEPARTMENT.. THERE HORRIBLE! THEY MARK UP THERE CARS LIKE NO TOMORROW .. WENT TO SEVERAL DEALERS, AND BY SO FAR LITHIA CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE OF CONCORD WAS THE BEST IN HELPING ME FING THE CAR I NEEDED FOR ME AND MY FAMILY THERE SERVICE WAS GREST AND I WOULD RECOMEND THEM MORE THAN THIS DEALER PLUS THERE 5 STAR ***** CERTIFIED!
