Absolute Mortgage Banking

I would never work with Absolute again. After writing a pre-approval letter, they abandoned us only two days before we were to remove our financing contingency and refused to come through on our loan. We went elsewhere and secured financing without issue. Not only were they incompetent and unprofessional, their conduct was borderline unethical in violating our privacy and failing to take proper safeguards to secure our confidential information shared in the course of our loan application.

Jeff Klein is great to work with, finds good rates: I was very happy to work with Jeff. He was recommended by a neighbor who is a real estate agent and works with Jeff a lot. He is straightforward, and keeps his eys out for good deals (not bothering me with stuff I'd not be interested in). Aggressively seeks the best rate options. He has saved me a lot of money over the last couple years.

Excellent service and great people: We worked with Bill Prainito. He was very informative, listened to all of our questions and worked through a VERY complex close.

We worked with a different mortgage broker for our first house and a re-finance and they were not nearly as comprehensive.
