Horrible is the only word that comes to mind when I think of this place. I waited outside for 20 minutes for a basic service and was not attended to or even looked at, completely ignored at a time when it was FAR from busy. A car rolled up behind me and was immediately assisted. As you are instructed to wait by your car, I went inside of their office (tired of waiting) to see when I would be asked what I was there for. I was told that someone would be with me momentarily and to wait by my car. When I attempted to tell them I had been waiting for 20 minutes I was interrupted (rudely, multiple times) and told to wait by my car. Oh, and to make matters worse, I returned to my car to overhear a conversation with the person who was being attended to (not really being assisted), but being sold on a new set of tires. That customer had less patience than me and was yelling at the idiotic sales representative who cared more about his commission than the true reason for the customers presence. Keys in hand, I drove off as fast as I could before any more of my valuable time was wasted. I will NEVER return to their facility. If you want a good experience, go to Toyota Walnut Creek, they know what they're doing.
I just got back from there and I am, lets just say, a little mad... I made an appointment for a tire alignment. The appointment was for 9:45 am. I got there at 9:35 spoke to a tech, they got my paper work started and I thought everything was good. I informeed them I would be waiting and he said ok. Around 11:00 I really started to wonder where my car was. Around 11:15 I finally went and asked. I was then told, I'm sorry they haven't even started working on your car yet, there were two cars in front of you. What in the heck was the point of me having an appointment for 9:45 am then? I took time out of work, and drove out of my way. I had been to this toyota before, around two years ago. I told myself I wouldn't go back because the service stunk. Well they lured me in with a coupon for alignment and it just so happened that I needed to get an alignment done. I'm sure many people have had good experiences there, but this time was the last straw for me!
Best service I have ever received. I've been a Honda owner for years but chose a Rav 4 over a second CR-V based on comfort. Honda never washed my car during a service and Toyota treated me like a customer should be treated! Walnut Creek Toyota has had my husband's truck 2 Saturdays in a row and can't even complete a 15,000 mile service...I would highly recommend Concord Toyota.
