User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI turned in my 2007 525i at the end of its lease term. The inspection for damage was unbelievable. They searched for any nick, dent or spec of damage they could find. I was shocked. I would have expected this behavior from a used car salesman but never would have expected this from a company that positions itself as a luxury, class organization. The damage they claimed, was so miniscule you could not see it unless you looked in the light a certain way or looked how the reflection of a palm tree appeared to be straight as it reflected in the car finish. I had the car for 3 years and did not see 50% of the damage they claimed was there. I had bought cars from this dealership before and was astounded at the ruthlessness and self serving interest in which they conducted themselves. When I complained about the excessive damage claims, their response was if we don't make you pay we have to pay. It is good to know they are interested in investing in their customers for future business, not! I wrote to the GM of the dealership about this issue and got no response. I wrote to the VP of Operations at BMW USA and got no response. I ended up buying a Mercedes to replace this car. I would not buy another car from these crooks if my life depended on it.

BMW Concord and BMW Concord Collision Center are AWESOME. I'm so happy with the work done and the service provided. They know what they are doing!!!

I have had my vehicle serviced by both Weatherford and Concord BMW. Concord BMW comes out to have the best service. I have been taking my car to them for the last two years. They actually care!
