I have no idea what Miss Amy K is talking about but i have been shopping here for many years and never had a problem. The staff is friendly and knows thier stuff when it comes to reptiles and the such. As for the animals they take very good care of them. Personally i would rather see a slightly dirty cage and a healthy animal than a spotless cage a a half dead animal. Aperantly people like Amy K dont take the time to ask a staff member why an animal might be in the condition they are in . For example in the current economy people are not carring for thier animals properly, they wait for them to be half dead and then leave them in a box on the door step of some reptile store. this has been happening a lot lately to many stores. My point being, you should know the facts before opening your big mouth and making a fool out of yourself. That being said i will continue to shop here and would recomend anyone else to do the same.
This place may have been a decent pet store in the past; however, when I first visited it today, the place reeked, and I saw three almost dead baby bearded dragons that hadn't even been removed to a hospital tank, and the cages for all the animals were filthy. My first thought was that I wanted to rescue them all. I have been in lots of pet stores, including reptile-specific ones, and never seen anything this pathetic. I urge people not to do business with this store, since it only encourages them to continue treating their reptiles poorly.
Pretty small place from where they use to be. They don't carry fish like they use to. It definitely smells better though. They probably can do a better job cleaning inside their enclosures they house their reptiles in. Knowledgable staff otherwise.
