    This is my favorite restaurant. The people there are wonderful. The food is the best I've ever tasted. They have a very large selection.

    Luigi's IS the absolute best here in the East Bay says the Bay Areas newstation KRON 4. Luigis has been around in Concord for 34 years now. He has lived up to his standards and is currently in the process of retiring. HOWEVER, just because he is does NOT MEAN things are changing. Before you hear things ASK!It is being handed down to his third generation of family. The same people have worked there for years, centuries maybe and it would never be passed down to those who were NOT affiliated! Sandwiches are outstanding and in the winter they have some very tasty Minestrone soup.
