I recently took my Silverado in for some repairs. My main concern was a wobble in the tires when i hit the brakes. My service rep advised me that the problem was with the rear brakes. He said they needed to replace the rotors and brake pads. Having some knowledge of cars I expressed my concerns that this may not be the problem. He assured me that this would correct the problem. I gave the ok for the repairs. The next day I was contacted by my service rep. He told me the car was repaired, road tested and the problem was gone. $1,000 and two days later, the problem still existed. I took the truck back. They turned my front rotors for $75, problem solved. I spoke with and complained to the service manager. I got the basic BS answer. He said "your back rear brakes did need some work" It was obvious that know one road tested the truck after the first repair. Iam a business owner in the service industry. I would never allow such shoty diagnosis and repairs from any of my employees. I dont mind spending money for good service. This was just plain bad. Bottom line, don't take your car or truck here for repairs. I wouldn't buy a new one there either.
WOW! 5 stars!: I went to buy a car for my daughter and didnt want to spend all day. I cant stand the normal runaround you get when shopping for a car. This place was awesome! They gave me a great price and I was in and out in no time. I will never buy anywhere else again!
Quick and Easy!: The best buying experience I have ever had, quick and fast. No games!

Tom Mimiaga giving you a B.S answer, nothing new. He's a worthless drug-addict who I don't trust any further than I can throw. The only reason he's been able to hold onto his position is because he says what the owner wants to hear. He's basically a kiss-ass to the boss. He has no knowlege of vehicles and no previous management experience or education.
The Dude, You are a coward and a liar, only people who have extreme jealousy issues coupled with and over active imagination write lies such as yours. If you really knew the service manager you would no he is a compassionate, knowledgeable, calm and understanding manager who does not jump to conclusions when large decisions are to be made. Maybe if you kissed ass a little more you would still be employed there.
Right on Business Owner/The Dude. This service depart is a nightmare I purchased a Tahoe from them and it's gone in for different issues a couple times and these guys didn't get anything right the first time. I've had to bring the vehicle back twice for brakes (a stone stuck in the pad) twice for programing the keys, twice for the tail lights. It's just ridiculous! Obviously Loyalty is an employee of the company nice job trying to save face pal. I just wanted to make sure the last comment was something useful not just some cry baby trying to sling mud because someone else called them out.
