I went to see Mary based on a review, that was written by someone else. First time, she cut my hair...wonderful. I loved it. She is a fun lady and extremely talented. Second I went to the salon to see her, again amazing job done (this time I let her color my hair as well). I am not an easy client, so when I explained her my idea, she totally got it!! Very happy..by the way going to see her again this Saturday for styling. Mary is #1.

Caryn is awesome! I've been going to Hair at the Ritz since 2007 to maintain my short stylish bob. I always get compliments from random strangers on it. I've been to plenty, and I mean PLENTY of different stylists since I've had this cut mainly from downtown SF salons, but it always end ups being either way way overpriced or not what I expected. I've also been to local salons (Wild Orchids, Pheonix, and Regis) but keep in mind these inexperienced 20 something yr olds don't do justice to a symmetrical bob. I always end up going back to this salon to see Caryn. I just have to remember to be patient and schedule my appointments in advance to see her it's worth the wait :) and I will be saving money bcus I wouldn't have to pay twice for my hair- her haircut and the one prior she is having to fix :).

I just got my haircut today by Mary and I absolutley LOVE IT! Previously i've been going to Regis salons and they never understood what I wanted. It was so frustrating. My coworker suggested this place, she goes on a regular to get cut and color. I read the reviews and I was excited after reading all the positive feedback. Mary was great!!! I described what I wanted and she literally read my mind! She was outgoing and made me feel very comfortable. I was there for less than 30 minutes and left so happy and satified. I highly recommend this place to everyone who is frustrated with these huge chain places that don't understand what you want, no matter how detailed you are.
