User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIf you haven't tried GG at least once, you should! Huge portions, great service, great margaritas and now a kid's menu, desserts and a late happy hour have recently been added. The carnitas are muy fantastico! I have been coming here for almost 18 years between the new location and the old; same awesome service and hot food. And just for the record, I've recently eaten at two "authentic" Mexican restaurants in AZ, and they didn't compare to the food at GG.
Go in with a hungry belly and a smile, and you won't be disappointed! Maybe you, like my son, will think "HOT PLATE!" is spanish.-

Day in and day out an excellent choice for a Mexican dinner. The service is fast, friendly and the portions are plentiful. Not pretentious, but I've taken dozens of relatives and friends, and they have ALL raved. The place is attractive, spacious, and appealing. We go so often the friendly waiters say, "See you domorrow."

Very disappointed. I came for the first time a few days ago trying to eat at the bar area. I wanted to get some drinks before eating: The bar was closed according to the manager; because he said there was no bartender. Also he was very rude. My family like going there but after this incident we won't come back.

The food is horrible, costs twice as much as it should, and the atmosphere sucks. This place is all bad.
