    After 3 other repair companies, I decided to try an independent. What a surprise!!! This guy really cares!!! He cared enough to come out after work without me having to take a day off. Replaced my broken garbage disposer. I wish my husband could be like him. HE EARNED MY 5 STARS.

    Honest, reliable, fair. Helped me diagnose my Kitchenaid refrigerator problem over the phone! Then came the next day to check it out. Found the problem, ordered the part, came out and did the job professionally and conscientiously. Richard has a great way of dealing with customers. He also gave me a tip on how to make a minor repair on my Kitchenaid microwave while he was here. Highly recommend him!

    Got tired of Sears trying to fix my washer after 6 trips. Called Richard and after 5 minutes of explaining what the washer was doing, he knew right away what was wrong. He gave me a quote over the phone including the part and I was happy he could bring the part with him the next day. When he got into the washer, he found other problems that were from the other repair visits. He fixed them at no charge. He really has a heart for people.
