User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsRed Brick has become my favorite pizza source. This comment is from someone who admits his all-time favorite food is pizza. Their ingredients seem very fresh and the crust is terrific. I have had one experience where a pizza took a long time and was made wrong but the manager took care of me and the 20+ other times I've been there the food and service have been terrific. My one suggestion is that they start carrying draft beer, something like Alaska Amber or Pete's Wicked Ale. With that said, until that happens, I often get my pizza to go while picking up a DVD rental and have a wonderful evening at home. If you like pizza, you owe it to yourself to try Red Brick. Cheers!

User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsnot a favorite: I have been to Red Brick a few times...and each time, I have been disappointed. The pizza doesn't taste very good at all, and it can take up to 40 minutes to get your pizza! I don't recommend going if you're in a hurry. Maybe its just not my kind of pizza. Try it and see if you like it.
