You bring your car in and they break it to make money. When you complain you get no service. There is no hierarchy of customer service. It looks like the Lithia group has no idea what is going on at the concord location!!

The worst people ever! Ibought a brand new 300 chrylser and the car wa located a a different delaership, so they asked to come in we made the deal over the phone, when i went to do paper work everything was gret, when i ask to see the car, they said they will deliver to the house the next day since it is is still in trade stages with other delaer. I trusted them, 2 days later thy brought the car no proble, 3rd i went to test drive the car it starting jurking, i called them they will not stand up to the problem, i spoke to the store mangaer, but he so rude and worst inc ustomer service you can ever imagine. STAY AWAY FROM THESES PEOPLE!!!!! THEY are crooks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI bought a used car from Lithia, with an extended warranty, the whole sales department was very nice, in fact I have referred 3 people to buy cars there. 6 months later I brought in my car for what seems to be a transmission slip problem, which should be covered under my warranty. Zack calls and say they don't see a problem with my transmission, but it needs $650 of maintance work. They cant find a problem with the transmission, I chose for them not to do the maintance work, so they want me to pay $125.00 for them looking at it. What a freakin rip off. I will never bring my car to them for service again, I should have known better going to any dealership. In calling around I can get the same work, they SAY I need done for $350.00 from a reputable mechanic.
