User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI called to ask them if they do clothing alterations and they said "yes." However, when I actually went to their store, they told me that the place was only a tailor shop and that they really don't do alterations for various clothes. The person who informed me of the unexpected information at the store didn't have very good listening and speaking skills either and was not willing to help me any further by at least recommending me to go else where. Even if I was being friendly and calm at the store, they still seemed passive and didn't want to provide assistance. I'm not sure if I just went there on the wrong day, in the wrong moment and at the wrong hour. But still, what waste of gasoline and my time and energy. Nothing seems good these days.
