I have to agree with megs, I went after 10pm on a weeknight and the guy behind the counter was great. He made wonderful suggestions, and I am not much of a coffee drinker. He made me a hot chocolate that tasted just like a strawberries dipped in chocolate. It was great.

THE COFFEE HOUSE IS A LOUSY SERVICE. IT DOES NOT OFFER FRENCH VANILLA. IT PROVIDES NO MENU LIST AT ALL. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

    This place is a nightmare.

The staff act like they're doing me a favor when you buy coffee from them.

The staff was even abusive and rude. One guy started yelling because I asked for a plastic cup. Saying it cost .35 cent more. Okay, fine, no biggie, I'll pay the extra .35 cent. When I called to complain to the owner, he said he couldn't do anything because he didn't know me.

That's pretty stupid considering he's only there in the mornings. At least, have a decent manager on site if you're going to use this stupid rational.

The food is high priced and lousy.

The place is run down and looks like a homeless shelter.

The thing is -- deep down inside I always root for the little guys that are willing to take on the coffee giants like Starbucks, but jesus, you got to give me something to like. And I can't find much except for that it's kind of an interesting run down historic building and it's got an old school arcade game tucked in the corner.

Overall, this place is a complete nightmare.
