The most sincere and kindest person was Ron, Shawn and than Scott, however been having some difficulty with gas tank and service dept sent me away stating new 2008 yaris and did not hear me. Still trying to rectify that issue. The men on the floor were absolutely customer service friendly even after car was bought. They deserve lots of bussiness for the way they treat individuals.

These guys are terrific - I always get courteous help, on time, at the price quoted. If something comes up - they give me a call first. I really like them and even come for my oil changes!

The sales mgr at Fairfield Toyota and I reached an agreement on the price of a truck and he shook my hand and said that we had a deal. The paper he handed the salesman said the price of the truck was 500 dollars more than the agreed upon price. I asked for the keyes to my trade in, but they could not find them. At that point I had already been there over 6 hours. I was so tired that I finally gave in just so I could go home. What I should have done was call the police,maybe then they would have found my keys. Was it really worth the extra 500 dollars. I do not recomend buying a vehicle from this dealer.
