    Bad business practices, but good work!: One employee quoted me a price to dry clean a shirt, when I went to pick it up, another employee (owner) said it cost more than I was quoted, would not release item to me unless I paid higher price, I had no choice. I will NEVER give them my business again. Sometimes you have to take the loss for your employee error, obviously they don't feel the same.
