   Owner and nephew did a good job, as far as I can tell.
   Gave me a verbal quote prior, including replacement of 3 of these valve thingys - which he thought was causing the low water flow problem.
   When it turned out to be just a hose - didn't alter the final cost of service.
   Said he could provide a detailed invoice so I could kick costs back to my home warranty company.
   When it didn't arrive I called 3-6 times - never returned my calls, so I had to pay out of pocket.
   I presume the owner is homophobic, as I don't know why else he would just refuse to contact me.
   Please don't support bigots with your business.
