    Beware when you go to Auto West Honda service department. I had front brakes replaced for $300... Then they charged an additional $100 to change brake fluid. So if you pay $300 to have your brake relined (fronts only) you don't get brake fluid..... Needless to say I will never have anything to do with any Auto West Dealer or service department in future

    I was at the dealership buying a new 2009 Honda Civic LX with Automatic transmission. After an hour of negotiation at a price of 16700. They did not honor that price after I told them I had a clunker to trade. They wanted full MSRP if I had a clunker for a trade. They are a bunch of lying cheats. I would never go back to purchase a car from them.

    In my opinion, I think the service technicians are not honest in that shop. I have a lot of knowledge in car mechanics. I had a bad service experience with them.
