User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMalik Harish the finance manager is horrible,.....I had the worst experience....I was also a first time buyer, and I got screwed with those guys. Theyll say anything to sell you a car..I had problems with the car not even week after a purchased it..they refused to fix it...I definately do not recommend this place. They SUCK!

THE WORST!!!!!
WATCH OUT for the finance manager(Malik Harish), he will pull one on you...The car itself can be bought anywhere else, but it's unfortunate for myself that I went to Hayward Toyota.
Part of it was my fault, 1st time buyer and didn't really know much about buying cars from blood sucking dealers.....
BUT, now that it has been my obsession to help other not to get ripped-off by dealers.....
I figured out a way to run the financial numbers on purchase or lease vehicles. I've shown my freinds how to purchase or lease a vehicle without being bullied by Sales Vampires....I understand people have to make business and earn a living, but this is not what I'd do to feed a family knowing that I'd ripped another family...
Anyway, if you'd like to learn how to buy or lease a vehicle without getting bullied let me know...IT"S FREE.....
